Dr. Srinivasa Reddy Mallampati is an accomplished lead scientist, with over 13 years of experience in various analytical and environmental chemistry situations. Since receiving his PhD from Bhavnagar University in India, Dr. Reddy has worked for over 13 years in research and analytical laboratory settings. Prior to joining Medicine Creek Analytics in June 2019, he led the analytical chemistry team for 2 years at Eurofins and B&P Labs in Seattle. Dr. Reddy also worked as a chemistry professor for 4 years at University of Ulsan, South Korea and as a postdoctoral research fellow for 7 years at Hiroshima University/Hiroshima Prefectural University, Japan. He has hands-on experience with testing a huge variety of products using GC/MS, HS-GC/MS, LC/MS, ICP/MS, HPLC, SEM-EDS, XRF, AAS, XPS, AFM, FT-IR etc. He also experienced with best lab practices regarding documentation and QA/QC protocol and laboratory safety.
Dr. Reddy has established national & international reputation and recognition through successfully completing several competitive funding research projects as a principle investigator, by publishing numerous publications and presentations. He is frequently asked to peer-review articles by various prestigious journals and invited to present his findings at conferences. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, Royal Society of Chemistry and Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors.
Outside of work Dr. Reddy enjoys spending time with his family. He likes peer-reviewing articles by various prestigious journals, participating in collaborative research work and updating his knowledge through reading/reviewing scientific journals. Dr. Reddy also enjoys exploring the PNW!
